# Schema

> GET /v1/schema: every field of every row type, its type, and whether this chain has it.

## Response

**families** `string[]`

The field families this chain has: `base` (Ethereum's own fields), `arbitrum`, `op_stack`.

**row\_types** `object`

For each row type (`transactions`, `logs`, `blocks`), its fields in output order:

**field**

**name** `string`

The column name in responses (snake\_case).

**dsl\_name** `string`

The name to use under `fields` in requests (camelCase).

**arrow\_type** `string`

The Arrow type, e.g. `UInt64`, `FixedSizeBinary(20)`, `List<FixedSizeBinary(32)>`.

**nullable** `boolean`

Whether the field can be null.

**family** `string`

`base`, `arbitrum` or `op_stack`.

**available** `boolean`

`false` if this chain never fills the field: it's always null here and listed in `unavailable_fields`.
